Furniture Delivery
Large furniture items are carefully crated to protect inlay designs.
- Standard Delivery – Crated delivery to ground floor with tracking.
- Premium Delivery ($189) (Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Gold Coast) – 2-man service with uncrated items wrapped in bubble wrap & foam.
- Other Areas – Ground-floor only. Contact us for assistance with indoor or upper-floor delivery.

Delivery Timeframes
- In Stock: Dispatched within approximately 2 days.
- Pre-Ordered Items: Estimated 2–14 weeks; may extend up to 20 weeks due to transit times.
- Business-Hour Delivery: A contact number is required; P.O. Box deliveries are not guaranteed.
Authority to Leave & Missed Deliveries
- You can authorize the carrier to leave items in a safe place. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees. For restricted-access locations (e.g., high-rise apartments, stairs), notify us at checkout. Additional charges may apply.
International Shipping
Freight charges on our website apply to Australian deliveries only. For international shipping, contact info@mahliainteriors.com.au for a quote.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations:
- Within 4 hours – Refund (minus processing fees).
- After 4 hours – Store credit only.
- Custom orders & dispatched items – Non-refundable.
Change of Mind: No returns, but a credit note may be issued. Return shipping is at your expense.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Registered post & insurance recommended.
Custom Orders: Non-refundable & not eligible for store credit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Report damage within 24 hours of receipt via email with photos.
- We will assess & may offer repair, replacement, refund, or credit.
- Returns must be in original packaging & approved before sending.
Late Deliveries
Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
