Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions before ordering from Mahlia Interiors, as they are subject to change without notice.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the Mahlia Interiors website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
  • Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
  • Pricing and product information on our website and social media may change without notice.
  • If a product is incorrectly priced due to a typographical or supplier error, Mahlia Interiors reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a refund.

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with our supplier or dispatched.
  • If cancelled within the 4-hour window, a full refund will be issued minus payment processing fees.
  • If cancelled after 4 hours, store credit will be provided instead.
  • Custom orders cannot be refunded or credited under any circumstances.

Once an order is confirmed at checkout, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Mahlia Interiors delivers Australia-wide and offers international delivery upon request.
  • Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 18 weeks, depending on the product and its location.
  • Larger furniture pieces, such as chests and consoles, are carefully packaged in wooden crates for protection during transit.
  • Standard delivery includes a ground-floor, one-man delivery service.
    • If your home has stairs, delivery will be to the ground floor only.
    • For delivery upstairs or inside placement, please contact us in advance for a custom quote.
    • A Premium Furniture Delivery service is available for $149 in Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Gold Coast.
  • Free delivery does not include unwrapping or positioning of your furniture. However, our delivery team may assist at their discretion.

If you require additional delivery services, please contact us before dispatch to discuss available options.

Product Disclaimer

  • All Mahlia Interiors inlay products are handmade, and slight variations in colour, dimensions, or pattern are expected. These are not considered faults but rather a testament to the craftsmanship.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
    • Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
    • Wear and tear due to improper care.
    • Slight variations in size, colour, or pattern.
    • Damage after unpacking or handling by the customer.
  • While we strive to provide accurate images of our products, colours may appear slightly different due to screen variations. For custom orders, we recommend providing a colour sample to ensure accuracy.

Payment Plans

  • We offer payment plans for select orders.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
  • Orders will only be dispatched once the final payment has been received.
  • No refunds are available for change of mind on payment plan purchases.

Liability & Privacy Policy

  • Mahlia Interiors is not liable for:
    • Shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., port delays, COVID-19 disruptions).
    • Lost shipments due to incorrect postal details provided by the customer.
    • Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
    • Errors or outdated information on our website or social media.
  • By purchasing from Mahlia Interiors, you agree to provide accurate and truthful personal details, including full name, address, email, and contact number.
  • We respect your privacy and will never sell or trade your personal information. However, we may share relevant details with suppliers or delivery services as required.
  • If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may send you occasional promotional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
