Large furniture items are carefully crated to protect inlay designs.

Standard Delivery – Crated delivery to ground floor with tracking.

Premium Delivery ($189) (Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Gold Coast) – 2-man service with uncrated items wrapped in bubble wrap & foam.

Delivery Timeframes

In Stock: Dispatched within approximately 2 days.

Pre-Ordered Items: Estimated 2–14 weeks; may extend up to 20 weeks due to transit times.

Authority to Leave & Missed Deliveries

You can authorize the carrier to leave items in a safe place. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Change of Mind: No returns, but a credit note may be issued. Return shipping is at your expense.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Registered post & insurance recommended.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Report damage within 24 hours of receipt via email with photos.
