We love working with our beautiful customers to design the perfect inlay piece for their home.
When we first spoke to Tracey in Melbourne, she was considering a 6-drawer chest in the geometric pattern, but after looking at a few different options, Tracey fell in love with our dyed bone Moroccan pattern in grey.
This piece is so unique!
It is the reverse of our standard bone inlay products (white bone and coloured resin), in that the grey pattern is actually dyed pieces of bone, inlaid in white resin.
The production time on a piece of dyed inlay furniture or homewares is roughly 2 weeks longer than regular production time, as all the pieces are bone are first bleached, and then dyed. Each piece of bone absorbs the dye differently, so sometimes the process needs to be repeated, to ensure we have only the most beautiful shades ready to inlay in the product.
This chest has such a beautiful finish, and we absolutely love seeing photos of our gorgeous pieces styled in their new homes ❤️
